Honest & Hardworking – the best combo!

I highly recommend Audra and Robert if you need to sell your house in the Sierra Vista area, especially if you are out of state. They were able to sell my father’s rental property in a difficult market, even though it needed quite a bit of repair. My father lives out of state and trusted another agent he had worked with previously with no problems. She tried to sell the house to an investor friend of hers for far less than it was worth, without even putting it on the market. Luckily, that deal died before it could be closed.
I also live out of state and got involved to make sure my dad didn’t get ripped off. We were extremely fortunate to have the sale transferred to Audra and Robert so they could act as the Selling Agents. The house needed a lot of work and was being offered as-is. The first buyer fell through and the market was slowing down as interest rates were rising. Time was not on our side and my father was desperate to sell. Audra was solid, offering good advice the entire way – especially patience! We got another buyer and closed this July.
Audra is completely trustworthy and will work hard to sell your home, no matter the circumstances. I could go into great detail about all the trials and tribulations of the sale of the property – and it would both shock and amuse you – but that would make this review into a novella. The important thing is that Audra kept working for my dad’s best interest, reassured us both with every bump in the road, and got my dad more than double the profit than he would have received had the deal with the first agent gone through. I really cannot praise Audra enough. I used to be a real estate agent and if all other agents were as ethical, honest and responsible as Audra, I would probably still be working as a real estate agent. She is great. Seriously. You should hire her. I heart Audra!
