Audra and Robert just sold my home this week. I’ve worked with Robert for years when I used my home as a rental property when I retired from the military. I placed it on the market on June 1, 2022 and had an offer that day. Closed July 19, 2022. I live on the east coast now and Robert and Audra took care of everything. Stayed in contact with me throughout the process, all paperwork was done electronically, they arranged whatever repairs needed to be done before closing. I couldn’t believe it went so smooth.
